We generally are able to prepare your order for shipping in 2-3 business days. To those orders which include a lot of products, we need a little more time to prepare it. If no "out of stock" items appear, they also can be shipped out 72 hours later at the latest.

 

Since the range of  the products we sell are relatively extensive, it may be difficult for us to make the inventory100% accurate at every given moment. Sometimes you will receive  the notification for the out of stock items during the process of preparing your order, though they are shown in stock on the website when you ordered them .

We will email you to ask for your opinion, as you can choose to replace them or get refunded in full.

Maybe this will result in some delay to the dispatch of your order. So please do check your mailbox more frequently to get the latest update of your order.

Shipping can take anywhere between 7-10 business days. Some items are made to order, and will require 3 months to manufacture and deliver.

Return Policy

Warranty and Returns

We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. 

Please kindly reference the size chart(s) / Details in Measurement on the product page.

If you are not satisfied with the items you receive, we can easily arrange a return and refund for you. 

7 Day Returns Warranty

Customers can contact us within 5 days of receiving the item to request a return. 

If you receive any damaged or incorrect items , Please contact us immediately .We are here to help!

Go to the Contact Us page, and find the corresponding order number to Submit a message.

Please provide your order number and product item code .

For faulty, incorrect or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

 

Our Solutions      

Gypsy Poetry's responsibility :

If our company is responsible for the issue, A new item will be resent to you freely along with your next order, Or we can process the refund.

 

Customer's responsibility      

If the customer has ordered an incorrect size, product or simply wants to return it , that can be arranged.

However in that case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee for the return .

Once your returned item(s) has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund to you (item price) at the time of purchase you paid. 

 

Notes For Returns      

1) Please contact us no later than 5 days after you have received your purchase. After this time we cannot guarantee that the refund request will be accepted.

2) The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories .

3) Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.

4) Please send the item(s) back to us through a local post office instead of express services, like DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX and similar. By choosing one of the above-mentioned fast delivery options you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process. Only once we receive the returned item(s), we can issue a refund.

5) We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.
